Interns from the Cato Institute and the Heritage Foundation debate which philosophy—libertarianism or conservatism—offers better solutions to today's pressing public policy challenges. The event will be held in person (overflow seating) at the Cato Institute in Washington, DC, and streamed live online. Topics include trade policy, immigration, and executive authority.
