Changing Character of War Workshop 2027 — Participant Applications

Call for mid-career applicants (minimum 10 years post-undergraduate experience) to participate in the May 31–June 4, 2027 workshop. Applications require a statement of interest, CV/resume (single PDF), and one letter of recommendation sent to cpark@csis.org. Selected participants must attend the full program.
